Calling Holiday Shop Vendors

We are looking for local vendors who are interested in helping us with our Holiday Shop this year. I thought you might be interested – here is some more information:
This year’s STARS HOLIDAY SHOP will be held from November 29th-December 2nd at STARS Charter School. Students will be able to shop during regular school hours to buy gifts for friends, family members, pets (and themselves).
On December 2nd, we have planned a shopping night for parents, where parents can browse the selection of gifts and stock up on Christmas presents themselves.
We are asking you to please send us a quote and a list of the product(s) you will be providing stating the following:
1) What product(s) you will supply, please send a picture.
2) How many pieces of each product you can supply by November 15th
3) Price for each product you will sell to us, and how much you expect they will sell for.
4) If you are willing to take back products that haven’t sold.
Please note: We have very limited storage space and CANNOT keep items for next year.
Please send us this information by Monday, October 18th. We will then make a decision and place an official order by Monday, October 25th.
A few things to keep in mind:
– Our school has about 750 students in classes K-12.
– Students buy gifts for friends, families, teachers, pets, and themselves.
– The majority of products should cost $5 or less. A few pieces up to $20 are fine, especially since we’ll have a parent shopping night.
This is our first year doing the Holiday Shop with local vendors. We are looking for a few people who would like to be a part of our Holiday Shop Committee to ensure we have a successful event.
Please let me know if you have any questions or are interested in being a part of the Holiday Shop committee and thank you for your support.
