2022/2023 Planned Programs & Initiatives

Our PTO provides funding and coordinates support and volunteers for a number of programs at the school. These programs are designed to enhance our kids normal curriculum with additional outside learning opportunities.

Some of the programs and fundraisers we have planned for this year include:

  • Spirit Nights (usually once a month. Please check our events page for more info)
  • Fall Mums Fundraiser
  • Vacation Raffle Fundraiser
  • Fall Festival & Pick-A-Prize Raffle Basket Fundraiser
  • Boo-Grams
  • Poinsettia Sale
  • Santa’s Workshop
  • Calendar Fundraiser
  • Spirit Wear
  • Popcorn Days
  • Parents Night Out (TBD)
  • Coffee & Conversation (casual meet up usually every other month)

All of the proceeds raised from our fundraisers goes back to the school in various ways and are split into four areas:

  1. Teacher Appreciation
    • includes Staff Luncheons for Back to School, Holiday, End of Year and other small tokens of appreciation throughout the year
  2. Student Enrichment
    • includes things like playground equipment, picnic tables, classroom parties, graduation, Field Trips, Fun Days, etc.
  3. Teacher Mini-Grants
    • these are grants teachers can apply for to be used on educational material or equipment for their classrooms.  This enables teachers to not have to pay so much $$$ out of their own pockets to enhance their classrooms and our students learning experience.
  4. School Needs
    • musical instruments, additional outdoor recreational spaces, etc.
